Service Description

The Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Teens program (age +13) is designed to introduce our teenagers to the 3 main disciplines in MMA, Boxing/Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling. The curriculum includes fun, fast-paced games & interactive drills to teach striking and grappling movements.
