A private class is a great tool for students with busy schedule or for students who want to progress at a faster pace. Private classes are a great help for their development. The student can have a one-to-one time with the instructor and focus on specific questions. ​ Private class includes: - strength and conditioning exercises - coordination drills & movements - sparring
